三浦 千哲
博士課程学生、東京大学大学院工学系研究科
三浦千哲は東京大学の博士課程学生として、査読・引用ダイナミクスとヌルモデル・科学の世界認識メカニズムなど、科学そのものの仕組みの理解を追求しています。複数の競争的研究資金を獲得し、日本最大の Science of Science コミュニティのコアオーガナイザーとして実践的なチュートリアルプログラムを主導しています。フィールドの欧州拠点であるライデン大学 CWTS での研修、ドイツからの訪問研究者 3 名のホスト、そして神戸大学ワークショップへの招待講演など、国際的なコミュニティにも深く根ざしています。また、大学リサーチアドミニストレーター（URA）との共同研究を日本最大のURA学会で発表するなど、研究成果の社会実装にも積極的に取り組んでいます。
